Assistance and Maintenance Services

Our assistance and maintenance service also covers the client's infrastructure and is based on three service levels:


Preventive Maintenance.
Periodic and regular checks to guarantee good functioning and minimize faults.

Corrective Maintenance.
If a problem arises we will have the systems up and running again in the times established in the contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements). We can guarantee that one of our experts will be on site, at any location in Italy, no more than 4 hours after receiving notification of the problem.

Scheduled Maintenance.
In the case of changes or improvements requested and agreed on with the client, scheduled activities will be performed to modify the existing system.

Stock Management.
To offer the best conditions in which to operate, we can store spare parts of the systems subject to maintenance in our warehouse. Assets management and their geographic location are managed by an IT system which offers clients secure access via the Internet.
